Rinser

Rinsing part
It is rotary type, mainly sued for rinsing new bottles send the bottles to the filling machine.
Renew stainless steel clip, simple structure, convenient adjustment; small area touch with bottle mouth, avoid the secondary pollution for the bottle mouth efficiently.
Bottle rinsing machine inlet pipe equipped with pressure gauge.

Filler

Filling part
Filling valve adopts constant pressure mechanism valve, filling fast and high accuracy of filling liquid level.
The main drive adopts gear drive, with high efficiency, low noise, long life, easy maintenance, sufficient lubrication, grease can lubricate centralizing automatically, adopts transducer to the speed of main motor to control, the machine adopts step-less frequency conversion timing. The material for the whole platform and frame is carbon steel with stainless steel outside.
The machine is automatically controlled by PLC, fault on line display, like bottle block, cap shortage etc. |
Capper

Capping part
The capping rotates through reduction box drive rotational wheel, which make the cap leave the hopper with the function of centrifugal force. There is a separation device for right cap and reverse cap at the entrance, when the reverse cap passes, the cap automatically fall into and return to pipeline, and blow the reverse cap automatically to hopper through wind power. Only right cap could enter into skids smoothly, the volume of cap inside of hopper will be automatic inspected by electric switch to control cap conveyor, and that ensures best effect of cap down. When the right cap enters into the slide way, it could smoothly enter into cap feed plate, to prevent accidents, there is an anti-reverse cap drive plate device to match with slide way, to ensure that the access to the cap feed plate is correct. The slide way is also equipped with a pair of photoelectric switches, when testing no cap, then an immediate halt to the host. In order to effectively remove non-anti-theft ring bad caps and cleanup additional caps in hopper, there is an active exit in front of the hopper exit can meet this function. |

This machine adopts the principle of pasteurization, biologically sterilizes the bottled beer. The qualified beer maintains a continuous and slow speed on the conveyor of Sterilizer. After the treatment of several temperature zones, certain spraying temperature and certain sterilizing time, yeast is killed. And the purpose is achieved for extending the time of preservation. |

Water treatment system,also called water filtration sterlizer system, is the process of purifying the raw water by a series equipments and devices to be drinkable.The water treatment equipment includes silica sand filter, active carbon filter, sodium-ion exchanger, precision filter, reverse osmosis, hollow fiber filter, ozone generator, ozone mixing tower and water tank, etc.
Automatic Bottle Blowing Machine
The pet stretch blow molding machine is the most stable two-step automatic stretch blow moulding machine. It has various cavities and the maximum capacity of the products is 20L. It can blow bottles in shapes: Carbonated, mineral, pesticide, cosmetics, wide-mouth, hot filling, and other packing containers etc. Which is made of plastic of crystalline type, such as PET and PP etc.
Sleeve Labeling Machine
This machine adopts international advanced technology; cover the circle label on the pet bottle. And then hot shrinking to fix on the position which bottle body designated. This machine's structure is compact, and suitable for the production line of different direction and different height.
The machinery part adopts combination designing of modularization, and makes the machine reasonable. The height adjustment adopts motor fluctuating; it is convenient to replace the material. The special cutter head designing, make the film-rolling cut more exactly and reliably.
Shrink Packing Machine
The machine is suitable for wrapping of such products as pop top, mineral water , bottles. beer, drinks etc. Working with PE film shrink tunnel to pack the goods perfectly , the whole production process adopts the Germany advanced technics, and the main parts are imported from international famous companies. It consists of seven actuating motor, through cooperation with 7 actuating motor to form the product packed with plastic film and several bottles as a group out from the hot shrinking packing machine.
