Introduction:
Our machine can be used to produce bottled mineral water, purified water, alcoholic beverage and other non-gas Liquid.
This Complete Water Bottling Plant Machine can be applied to all kinds of plastic machine such as PET, PE. Bottles size can vary from 200ml-2000ml meanwhile few changeover is needed. Different models can satisfy various requirement of output from 1000 bottles/hour to 32000 bottles/hour.
This model of filling machine is designed for the low/middle capacity and small factory. It takes low buying cost, low water and electricity consumption and few space occupation into consideration at the beginning. 
At the same time it can perfectly complete the function of washing, filling and capping. It improves the sanitary conditions and simplifies the maintenance compared with the last generation water filling machine.The equipment is fitted with advanced Mitsubishi PLC to control the operation and cooperated by frequency converter of the main motor.it makes the operation more stable and reliable.the photoelectric sensor is used to detect operating conditions of each section,which makes the operation of this equipment highly automatic and convenient.

Main features: 

Rinser	The rotary wheel is a fully SUS304 stainless steel welded structure.  The machine applies unique overturning bottle clamp, which is an innovation of our company. This bottle clamp grips bottle at neck position, avoiding bottle mouth thread contamination caused by rubber gripper block of a traditional bottle clamp. Made of SUS304 stainless steel, this bottle clamp is hygienic and durable.  The high efficiency atomizing spay nozzle installed on bottle clamp is capable of cleaning any part of bottle inner wall, and also saves rinsing water.  All sliding bushes of lifting device use igus (Germany) anti-corrosion maintenance free bearing.  The rinser is driven by driving system positioned inside machine frame via gear transmission.  Transfer starwheel Made of stainless steel of superior quality.  Equipped with bottle jam protection device.
Filler	Rotary wheel fully made of stainless steel SUS 304.  Gravity filling method.  Filling valves are made of SUS316L.  Filling valves are reasonably structured with accurate filling.  Filling flow can reach 200ml per second.  Bottles go up and down in the function of cam through elevator, to process filling with contact to bottle-mouth.  Level of cylinder is controlled with float-ball.  Filler is driven through gears inside the machine frame.  Link-wheels in rinser, filler and capper are transported in ringed support of bottle-neck
Capper	Capper is the machine with highest precision, influence very much with the stability and reliability of the filling monoblock. Our capper features as follows:  Cap distributing chute is equipped with reverse cap stop and reverse cap pick-out mechanism.  Cap distributing chute is equipped with a photocell switch to stop the capper when there is no cap inside the chute.  The capper is equipped with inlet bottle detection switch.  Centrifugal way of cap arranging is adopted to reduce damage of caps.  A cap inspecting system is applied to control on-off of elevator.
3 IN 1 Machine	The machine frame is a welded structure of high quality carbon steel with the surface anti-rust treated and coated. The machine frame is wrapped with stainless steel sheet (ANSI304).  Driving system of the 3-in-1 unit is positioned under the machine table. One main motor provides driving power via gear transmission.  The gear transmission system is an interleaved arrangement of steel gears and nylon gears.  The output shaft of the main motor is equipped overload protection to secure machine safety.  Electrical control The electrical cabinet is made of coated carbon steel. From bottle infeed to bottle discharge, a PLC controls the fully automatic operation of the 3-in-1 unit.

Water Treatment System
Water treatment system,also called water filtration sterlizer system, is the process of purifying the raw water by a series equipments and devices to be drinkable.The water treatment equipment includes silica sand filter, active carbon filter, sodium-ion exchanger, precision filter, reverse osmosis, hollow fiber filter, ozone generator, ozone mixing tower and water tank, etc.
Automatic Bottle Blowing Machine
The pet stretch blow molding machine is the most stable two-step automatic stretch blow moulding machine. It has various cavities and the maximum capacity of the products is 20L. It can blow bottles in shapes: Carbonated, mineral, pesticide, cosmetics, wide-mouth, hot filling, and other packing containers etc. Which is made of plastic of crystalline type, such as PET and PP etc.
Sleeve Labeling Machine
This machine adopts international advanced technology; cover the circle label on the pet bottle. And then hot shrinking to fix on the position which bottle body designated. This machine's structure is compact, and suitable for the production line of different direction and different height.
The machinery part adopts combination designing of modularization, and makes the machine reasonable. The height adjustment adopts motor fluctuating; it is convenient to replace the material. The special cutter head designing, make the film-rolling cut more exactly and reliably.

Shrink Packing Machine
The machine is suitable for wrapping of such products as pop top, mineral water , bottles. beer, drinks etc. Working with PE film shrink tunnel to pack the goods perfectly , the whole production process adopts the Germany advanced technics, and the main parts are imported from international famous companies. It consists of seven actuating motor, through cooperation with 7 actuating motor to form the product packed with plastic film and several bottles as a group out from the hot shrinking packing machine.
